WORKPLACE BULLYING AMONG NURSES IN PRIMARY HEALTH CARE CENTERS IN PORT SAID

Background: Workplace bullying is common problem that threatens nursing profession, nurse's health and ability to work safely. Aim: assess workplace among nurses in primary care centers Port Said governorate.Setting: Study was conducted seven representing districts of governorate.Sample: composed 61 staff working at clinics the randomly selected centers. Tools data collection: Data were obtained through Negative Acts Questionnaire-Revised (NAQ-R).Results: Majority (86.9%) had secondary education 82% married. More than half studied (54.1%) victims bullying, two third (60.6%) bullied by patients patient relatives more one (33.3%) supervisor manager. Conclusion: It concluded from this study, bullying. There no statistical significant relation between socio-demographic data.Recommendation: Counseling sessions about consequences should be held on regular base
